Tradeinit is a hosted platform for hospitality and retail venues, built and run in London by Flexibles AI Ltd. It has taken real orders every service since June 2026, and most of what is on it started as a request from the floor.
Most venues juggle a till, a card machine, a bookings tool and a spreadsheet, none of which talk to each other. Tradeinit replaces that with one platform we host and run: QR order and pay, a waiter POS, card payments built in, kitchen and bar screens, printed tickets and receipts, bookings, and a dashboard with an assistant that answers questions in plain words.
Because it is hosted, a new venue goes live in a day with nothing installed and nobody on site. Because we run it, we shape it around how each venue trades rather than forcing a room into off-the-shelf software. The release notes are public; the platform moves most weeks.
We do not publish uplift percentages or invent testimonials. We would rather show you the platform running with your own menu, and let you decide.
Four things that do not change
We operate the whole platform. Venues install nothing, update nothing and never think about a server.

Led by Dipna Anand, Brilliant Gastro has run on Tradeinit every service since launch: engraved QR plates on every table, a waiter POS at the bar, Epson printers in the kitchen and bar, and the owner's dashboard behind it. Our proving ground, and the reason most of the platform works the way it does.
