Payments

Nothing prints that was not paid

An order that reaches the kitchen without payment is food you give away. Tradeinit checks every payment on the server before the ticket prints, and the money goes into your own merchant account.

What you get

Built for the shift, not the demo

Card and wallets

Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay inside the ordering page.

Checked on the server

Every payment is verified on our servers before the kitchen sees the order.

Your own account

Money goes into your own merchant account, Revolut today, with fast payouts.

Closed browser, still recorded

A job runs every minute to catch payments where the guest closed the page, so the order is still recorded and printed.

PIN-protected refunds

Refunds need a PIN and every refund is logged.

Tradeinit payments, coming

Our own payments are coming, with one clear rate and next-day payouts.

Checked first

Nothing prints that was not paid.

The payment is confirmed on the server before the order exists in the kitchen. Close the browser mid-payment and a reconciliation job still records it within the minute. The money lands in your own merchant account.

On a real night

How it runs on a busy service

  1. 1
    The guest pays

They tap Apple Pay, Google Pay or card on the ordering page without leaving it.

  2. 2
    We check it

Our server confirms the payment with the provider before anything goes to the kitchen.

  3. 3
    The ticket prints

Only then does the order print or appear on the kitchen screen. If the guest closed the page, the every-minute check picks it up.

  4. 4
    The money lands

Payouts go to your own merchant account. Refunds, if needed, take a PIN and are logged.

Questions

Payments, answered plainly

Whose account does the money go into?
Yours. You keep your own merchant account, which is Revolut today.
Can I keep my card machine?
Yes. Your existing machine works alongside Tradeinit, and staff record card payments on the POS.
What if the guest closes the browser while paying?
A reconciliation job runs every minute. If the payment went through, the order is recorded and printed anyway.
What happens if the wifi drops?
QR ordering pauses for guests until it returns, and nothing is charged twice.
What are the card fees?
Card fees are separate from the monthly price. See pricing for the details.
