Cookie policy

Login session (dashboard, kitchen and bar displays): keeps you signed in. Set when you log in, removed when you log out or the session expires.

POS device and staff: remembers that a tablet has been enrolled for a venue's POS and which member of staff is signed in by PIN. Removed from the Team page or when the tablet is signed out.

Order in progress: keeps a guest's basket and order reference while they pay, so a closed browser does not lose a paid order. Expires within the day.

Preferences: small settings such as a collapsed sidebar or a dismissed setup card. Kept for up to a year.

This website uses Vercel Analytics for page-view statistics. It sets no cookies and records no identifiers; it counts visits by page, country and device type.

When a guest pays, the card form is served by the payment provider connected to the venue. That provider may set cookies on its own form for fraud prevention, under its own policy.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookies will stop logins, the POS and paying for an order from working.
