Kitchen display

Every ticket where the chef can see it

Paper tickets get lost, splashed and buried on the pass. Tradeinit puts orders on a screen at each station, on any tablet or TV browser, and still prints to Epson printers if your kitchen wants paper too.

What you get

Built for the shift, not the demo

A screen per station

Separate displays for the kitchen and the bar, on any tablet or TV browser.

Sound on new tickets

New tickets arrive with a sound, so nobody has to watch the screen.

Bump and recall

Bump a ticket when it is done. Recall any bumped ticket if it went too soon.

Priority and changes

Priority tickets are pinned first. If a round is amended, a CHANGED ticket shows only what moved.

Staff-only logins

Chefs sign in to a display that shows tickets, not takings.

Print and screen

The same order can print on an Epson receipt printer and show on screen. Tickets older than three hours fold away.

New, priority, changed, done.

A ticket arrives with a sound. Priority sits first with a red banner. A changed round shows only what moved. Bump when it goes; recall if it comes back.

On a real night

How it runs on a busy service

  1. 1
    Before service

Open the display on the kitchen tablet or TV and sign in with a staff login.

  2. 2
    Orders arrive

QR and POS orders appear with a sound. Running orders and priority tickets are marked so the pass knows what comes first.

  3. 3
    Cook and bump

Bump each ticket as it goes out. If one went too soon, recall it.

  4. 4
    Late changes

If a waiter changes a round, a CHANGED ticket shows only the moves, so nobody re-reads the whole order.

Staff only

The chef sees the tickets, not the takings

Station logins open the screens and nothing else. The owner's dashboard, takings and settings stay with the owner.
